What happened Used to love this place but went tonight and the food was shockingly bad. The service was a major drop also the bar tender was rude and dismissive. We ordered one soft drink and one beer on a table of four before she said was that it and started walking away, it was almost like begging to order the rest. The seafood pizza came out swimming in liquid and the meat balls were flavour less. They also forgot one of the meals, I've worked in hospitality it happens, usually it happens on larger tables not ones or four people. This was one bad experience at a restraunt we usually like. Hopefully they pick their game back up.
Ordered Nachos with ground beef minus Jalapeno and was served it with Jalapeno. Requested to please remove, this is after waiting over 40 mins for even the kids meal to arrive.... It wasn 't busy.... They then claimed they re made them Fresh beef came out cold and the chips were soggy, manager, argued that she ensured they were fresh, and that it was the sour cream that made them cold. I asked to speak with her directly instead of the waiter and she avoided me.... Used to be an amazing venue! Gone WAY DOWNHILL! would rather give 0 stars, but the wait staff were lovely!
Terrible food, I don't know how this place is still in business. The famous chicken parmigiana was burned, dry, tomato topping was almost solidified it was so overcooked. The nachos topping it was soggy and dry at the same time if that is even possible. The pizza was overcooked and dry with a terrible base. I gave this honest feedback when we went to pay the lady's apology was that we 't take the pizza out of the oven earlier otherwise it'll be boiled properly. Staff and service was ok and friendly, this is the only reason why I did it 2 stars instead of 1.
Turned up for a simple meal before heading to the cinema. To nearly 20 minutes before taking our order and nearly 1 hour to arrive. So short staffed that people were leaving before their food had arrived. Food was OK when it arrived. Nearly $30 for a small gnocchi seems steep and was very salty. Won't be in a rush to return.
