We visited Groucho for the first time yesterday and were served by Ritchellyn who was AMAZING!!! They were so attentive and lovely and really made our whole experience there so relaxing as we were celebrating with a friend. They constantly made sure we had drinks/food and never once did we have to call them over. Anytime we asked for recommendations they were always spot on with what we were looking for. What an asset to the Groucho team and definitely reason enough to come back again! thank you Ritchellyn!
Pricey, and it 's only open 'till 02:00. I wouldn 't shell out for a membership. If you 're likely to miss the last train home and need somewhere warm and dry to come down in until the trains start, consider getting a membership for Ronnie 's. Obviously, Ronnie 's clientele is a bit rougher than the beautiful and the wealthy who like to adorn Groucho 's, but some of us can 't justify spaffing a grand a year on membership fees.
The receptionist who was working Sunday 26th November at 21:10pm is an absolute embarrassment to this establishment. This man is unpleasant, rude, and in a job he's not capable of doing. He is arrogant and tried to tell me he was a share holder. A message to you sir. If you are that unhappy and that better than others then get yourself trained and do something with your life.
Located in the heart of Soho, The Groucho is everything and more! Mark Hix had transformed the food menu and there are utterly exquisite dishes in there! The staff are wonderful, the space warm and friendly a home from home until the night draws in where it’s party central. Great DJ’s, incredible events and a wonderful time had by all!

Provided some games for an Xmas party here, staff were super helpful and the venue is beautiful can't wait to work here again. Access is a little tricky but not the worst we have found and definitely doable. Thanks everyone Liam A1 agency ltd
I have never experienced such rude and unpleasant front desk staff anywhere, in any other clubs in my life. Truly despicable. Special mention to the security staff as well .

Only visited as a guest, not a member but I love the bars and quirky spaces. Food is delicious. Also a great location for theatres around Shaftesbury Avenue.

Being a private club, I must restrain myself from making any comments. I can only say I’m so glad to be a member of a club that would have me as a member.
