I had an incredible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. Although we had a daunting 40-minute wait for coffee and food, Sophie went above and beyond to take care of us and even offered to cover our table as an apology for the delay. I also witnessed her helping a lady who spilled juice and ensuring a child got an egg when they didn't have enough money. Sophie was genuinely interested in how the food was prepared and truly cared about our experience, which is why I'm giving this place five stars. We just used the Grounds Keeper Cafe, to cater an Education Day for 115. There online order form is so easy to use. The Service from Sam and the team was exceptional. I had to make a last minute alteration to the delivery of our order and they were extremely accommodating. Everyone attending commented on how delicious the food was and the variety. Can’t wait till our next event.Vegetarian options: Our Vegetarian and Vegan staff were all so happy with the food.

I ordered the children's breakfast, and I have to say, it was quite disappointing. The sourdough bread was incredibly hard, almost like a rock, and the butter was frozen solid. The pancakes were thick and lacked any flavor. I've been to many places in my life, and this café stands out as the worst experience I've ever had. Came here on a Monday for breakfast with my nieces.Food menu based on middle eastern flavours.It's has a great menu,different to the usual breakie you get from other cafes. Perfect location overlooking the park. It has the most warm and welcoming ambience. A hidden gem in the heart of Blacktown .Well worth a visit.
Bad experience. Went inside for some coffee. Apparently I need to order outside for takeaways, which is not a problem. I don't mind going out, but the person who said it was rude while saying it. Could've been nice about it
I went to the restaurant and waited almost an hour without receiving any drinks or food. Eventually, they came over and informed us that they had lost our order.
