What a series of disasters - from the booking where i left 2 messages on 2 days to book a table of 4. When i finally got through the girl said "yeh its okay" i said it was not okay - noone got back to me - she then said "yeh but it is okay". We turned up and the place was not busy at all yet 2 girls talking in the bar ignoring us for 10 mins before i put my hand up to attract them. One drink came out the other was very slow. Wine list was very basic with only sweet wines and a lot by the bottle. Myself and a friend went for dinner on Tuesday night for a catch up. First impressions the restaurant looked nice inside, were shown our table and sat down. We looked over the menus and after maybe a little too long the waiter came over. I ordered the chicken wrapped in prosciutto. Asked about the cocktail menu which the dinner menu said to ask for, but was told by the waiter no point as they are **** cocktails anyway . Food wait time was quite slow, but the food was delicious when it came out! Definitely worth the extra wait time. Good prices and yum good.
A first time in this restaurant for a catch up with old work colleagues. Service was very good and the staff friendly. The food was very enjoyable and reasonably priced. Pumpkin risotto, sirloin steak with salad and chips (you can have vegetables & mash) & beef & red wine pie with filo pastry were good size servings and throughly enjoyed. The desserts (we shared) were a little late in arriving at the table but worth the wait. Even on a Monday the restaurant was quite busy. Would return again and recommend.
I have eaten at this restaurant on several occasions and have always found the food to be excellent, pork belly is awesome, my wife loves the fish, just there last Friday and she had the grilled red emperor and salad, didn't leave a scrap on the plate. I had rump steak and chips and salad, again nothing left on the plate. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Out of the way but worth the effort to eat here and a good variety on their menu. We stayed at the motel for the night so treated ourselves to dinner. The garlic prawns was a good serving and everything was very nice. We had Steaks and salad and all fresh and very nice. The service was good and very friendly. My husband had 2 beers and I had a cider and it cost about $134.00. We enjoyed our meal.
Food was ok, but along with the drinks pretty pricey, I had a double bourbon and coke and it was over $19, the top steak main was $40 and it wasn't fantastic, make yr own mind up I uploaded a photo for you, staff seemed nice enough, place was clean n tidy but basic. All n all not a bad experience for this area.
Lovey meal, served by lovely staff. Recommend the Lamb shanks linguine and crispy skinned Barra..Resonably priced and pleasant environment.

Stayed for work for 2 weeks. Food was amazing every night. Especially the bbq ribs and pizzas. Prices were good as well
