I visited this establishment while looking at houses in the area, but I will never return or consider living here. When I ordered a sandwich with mayo, despite being allergic to it, the cashier was disrespectful and refused to provide a replacement. The manager only offered a partial refund after the situation escalated. The Grumpy Baker is a wonderful discovery in Oldfield Park. The staff is incredibly friendly and the cakes are scrumptious. The size of the place is just right and I love it. The sandwiches are tasty, although I personally think they are a bit expensive. I did have a minor issue with a not completely clean cup once, but it was a one-time occurrence. Overall, I adore this place and think they are fantastic. The staff is amazing and should never change – they are the best!
