The person in the register that took orders was not properly trained. I ordered a meal, he arranged it as a single sandwich. I ordered a sandwich on sourdough, he arranged it as a sawed bread. I ordered a second drink, he didn't give me the second cup and when I asked again, an employee came by in a red tea. I said I had two well drinks and she took away the water cup I asked. I said I wanted the water cup and she had to give me another one. I asked again about my second well drinking cup and they asked for a third drink instead. The green beans were really good, my mom said she was not pleased with her hamburger, I thought the chicken sandwich was OK, because the meat was pounded down so thin, the fries were not bad, sodas were good amount of bubbles. This was one of my mom 's favorite places we enjoyed our time there and she LOVED sitting out by the fountain afterward, she is an elderly woman, who is dealing with sickness. this is a solid mid-range burger place, a step above in and out but a bit worse than five guys. it's about $7 for a decent burger which is juicy and fresh, and there are plenty of condiments like bell peppers and jalapenos. I agree with the others that the customer service is weird, the entire place is run by indifferent Mexicans but hey it's fast food and there's plenty of seating including outdoors
We love Habit Burger. We always enjoy it. For the first time we went to this particular place 11/9/2022 Wednesday evening very strange employee who took our order. No discipline within the staff. This location is louder than other habit Burger locations. Taste is so bad. Fries were cold and muddy. No real habit Burger quality. We will simply avoid this place and not waste our money next time.
