Been in Pasadena quite a bit lately, so of course I needed to find the closest Habit. Which, of course, is actually in South Pasadena...go figure.On this particular visit, I went with my usual Double Char with Cheese (with white American) in a lettuce wrap and some Tempura Green Beans. It's the same quality I would expect from any Habit. Very delicious food!Service was fine, no complaints from me.Happy there is a Habit in the area, which I can see myself frequenting a lot more often.
I have never been a huge fan of Habit Burger, but I have to say that this particular location has the best and friendliest customer service I've ever experienced at any fast food place. Every employee I've interacted with has been incredibly nice and helpful. The restrooms are always clean, and they even have outdoor heaters for the customers.
If you schedule an order 40 minutes ahead they still have you wait 20 minutes for the food. Good luck getting your money back if it was placed online, they don 't do that, you have to call the phone number .Update (to reply) why? So you can waste more of my time?
Burgers are average. Good menu choices. Good amount of shared parking. Staff was friendly. Do question staff not always washing their hands after coming in from throwing trash from outside or doing outside work. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I ordered a Santa Barbara Burger, but they ended up giving me the wrong order. I didn’t realize it until I got home. However, the food was still delicious! Overall, the food there is amazing.
The food here is excellent! I always enjoy the specials. However, the dining room is consistently very cold. On a rainy day, I found it to be warmer sitting outside.
Food is good but the way they price their burgers without cheese they sneek extra cost in paid almost 10buckd for a double char kinda pricey
