Shrinkflation seems to be happening here. I ordered a santa fe Cobb salad and there was not a whole lot of chicken or bacon. I could barely find the eggs in it. And then there was this tiny dollop of avocado on it. The demise of all the great places starts with skimping on quality. Macaroni Grill and Peiwei come to mind. For some reason, companies think cheapening things up and the consumer won't notice is their mantra. Jack up the price first before resorting to skimping please!! Also, this place always has the AC cranking. Please turn that down and give that money back to the customer in better portions.
I attempted to redeem an offer I received through the app, but the employee informed me that their computer was experiencing issues. As a result, I couldn't use the coupon on-site and had to try redeeming it through the app. However, when I did that, the app indicated that the offer had already been redeemed! Now, I'm left unable to use the offer due to the receptionist's error. She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a terrible experience with employees who had unhelpful attitudes. Her name is Veronica, and I've attached a picture of her.
Burgers and green beans were OK, not delicious. We have been to the Habit in Santa Barbara and the burgers and cauliflower were amazing. Today, no dipping sauce with the tempura green beans. We asked for burgers well done but they weren't. No crispy fried edges. Grilled onions were barely fried (technically not raw but meh). Employees were the best part of our experience. Very helpful.
The team was very efficient and friendly. They forgot my bacon on my burger but mistakes happen... They also deliver and it is so smooth and easy to do so. This is our go to for our burgers. ?Almost forgot, their ranch is the BEST!!!!!

The restaurant manager by the name Salem, is extremely professional and welcoming. Salem makes customers and staff members feel comfortable in a great positive environment.
Came in around 830 pm last night. Dining area had 6 people tops seated and looked like it was still a mess from an earlier rush. Cheeseburger was undercooked. Twice. ?
When I’m craving a delicious burger that has a little more going on with it than the standard, The Habit always hits the mark!! Please, never change!!
I was impressed with the double cheese burger and fries ????. I can't review the price because I didn't pay.
