I tried The Habit Burger Grill for the first time. I got their signature CHARBURGER, which came loaded with caramelized onions, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, pickles, mayo, and cheese. It was delicious, to say the least. The onion rings and sweet potato fries were excellent too. While the food was top-notch, I did notice that the cleanliness of the place could use a little boost. The table was a tad sticky, which was a bit off-putting.
I usually enjoy my visits to this restaurant, but today I was shocked at the state of my meal 2 stars. The burger was seriously overcooked and the fries were definitely refried to the point of dried up extra crispy sticks. I am hoping by leaving this review the staff will do a better job. They should make the food the way they would enjoy it or their family. As of now, I won't be going back.
Compared to most fast foods, the dining room is pretty nice and welcoming, dinner's standard. Removed 1 start because all trash cans have been full the whole time we've been there. The burgers are top notch, and so are french fries. 1 level above the big chains, imo
Asked for a specific burger, and the order was taken wrong. Didn't know the order was taken wrong as my first time to this place. I'll probably go back, but I'll use the kiosk instead of a person to get what I want. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Management is not speaking English management is very friendly with employees not helpful when needed management appears to be racist toward African
The food is good, the employee service is terrible. A fat cashier always serves you in a bad way with her Qlo face.
No medium rare burgers, no cheddar cheese. It might as well be Mickey D’s. Not a real burger place.
