I chose the Teriyaki Char, which is a teriyaki burger topped with a grilled pineapple slice, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and teriyaki sauce mayonnaise. They usually ask if you want everything on it, including cheese, but I requested no pickles because I don’t like them on my hamburgers—except for chili cheeseburgers. I know I'm a bit odd, but moving on! I also ordered an extra meat patty and a slice of cheese because I was in the mood for a double cheeseburger, along with sweet potato fries and a large drink. The total came to about $16. They offer drink refills as well.

I placed my order on 08/03/22 at 9:13 PM. The drive-thru attendant, Jenley (a short, heavyset woman), exhibited poor customer service skills. She was rude and condescending throughout our entire interaction. If you’re working somewhere you don’t enjoy, please consider the impact on customers and the business and think about leaving. You aren’t obligated to stay; there are other options available. On a positive note, the food was of good quality, but the customer service from that particular representative was disappointing. I reported this issue on the habitlistens website, though I doubt any action will be taken. Just wanted to share my experience.

I've had great experiences at other places like Senior Baja, Waba, Sprouts, and Farmer Bros, where the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. However, each visit to this particular Habit location has been marked by a negative atmosphere. I'm done with this spot—getting through the drive-thru is difficult, and the food just doesn't appeal to me. This might be the worst Habit I've ever experienced. It feels like there's a gloomy vibe in the air, almost reminiscent of a Walmart.

We found a table, although it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned very well; I noticed some onion ring crumbs on the surface, which I just brushed off. As for the food, it was delicious, just as I expected. The Habit offers more than just hamburgers; they also have chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, tri-tip sandwiches, and several salads. The sides include French fries, sweet potato fries, fried green beans, and onion rings. I love their food so much that I will definitely be going back, maybe soon!
This must?ve been THE WORST Habit experience I?ve ever had. I ordered through the drive-thru and the women was rude in the intercom and at the window. Having previously worked for this company, I know that we?re trained to give great customer service. The food wasn?t good either, the fries were limp and cold and the bun was burned. Don?t go here!! The one on campus in the colonies is better. Honestly had I not already made it home, I would?ve gone back, returned the food, and gotten a refund.
Although the overall experience was a bit underwhelming, I found the burger and portobello with extra aioli to be quite tasty. The food felt a bit thrown together, but I really value the convenience of the drive-thru, so I would probably be willing to give it another shot. Considering it was New Year's Day, it's possible that the staff were feeling a bit stressed.
The Habit Burger Grill Upland California features the freshest grilled to order foods,great fries and onion rings and loads of cold beverages-thick ice cream shakes too! Friendly servers,sparkling clean restaurant and loads of free parking. BTW-The Ahi Tuna sandwich with avocado is terrific!

The food is absolutely delicious and of excellent quality, though I find it a bit on the expensive side. Nevertheless, if you're comfortable with the price, I definitely suggest trying it out.
I typically go for the char burger with cheese and fries, but I recently decided to switch things up and added onion rings to my order. They were crispy and absolutely delicious!
