The WORST manager ever. I had ordered a big pouch of white sauce and when I reached to pick up my order he said that they are out of stock and can offer 8 small pouches. I politely asked would he mind if he can give me 10 small pouches as the weight of 10 small pouches would be equal to weight of big pouch and he blankly said “ yes he would mind and I should cancel the order”. No respect for the customer at all. Do yourself a favor and go any other Halal guys location.
Went to this location twice, both time ordered it on the website. First time our food got stolen before we got there, worker refused to make us a new one, and we had to talk to manager in order to do so. Second time didn't give us the sandwich we ordered, we are 25 mins away from the store, no way we would go back to ask for a new one, tried to call them but no answer,
If you want to feed your Pitbull, come here to pick up the finest dog food. the most disrespectful and disgusting staff with cold food. Plus I sat down with my wife after a long day at St Peters hospital for the manager to asked us if we paid for our drinks. I mean yeah, lady I'm not Ganna drink a stolen drink in front of you (if it was stolen). Adios amigos.
Completely agree with one of the earlier reviewer. This place is getting worse. we ordered two mix platters and only got beef when we opened it after reaching home. We live 35 min away so there was no point of calling them. One of our earlier interactions with a staff was also pretty rough. Not going to this location again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Ordered 6 platters and came out to about $100 with extra sauce..too expensive. Falafel does not taste the same and chicken was dry. Everything you order are extra charges. I used to love this place but the quality has gone down and prices way higher. I doubt I will go back to this place anymore.
They are adding more lettuce and it is not tasting good in the platter as rice and chck were less. Also when we tasted Chicken Sharwarma, it tasted like pan fried thin sliced pieces. They are actually frying there. White sauce don't have much flavor. Earlier it used to be very tasty here.
If I could give no stars I would good isn't like the food card in new York the restaurant was clean and inviting but the food was horrible , I should have gone to chipotle next door. Don't waste your money

Amazing food. Quick service. Hits the spot Everytime. Never fails. Decided to dive into halal foods this summer and it was the best decision ever. Halal guys are my goto!
