This is a fantastic proper pub offering a good selection of pub grub. Theres a great choice on the menu, jacket potatoes, salads, sandwiches, starters and a good choice of main meals, some of which you can choose large or small which I think is a good option.i had the Scampi and chips which was delicious. One friend had fish and chips and it looked lovely, the other had a tuna baguette and it was a decent size. The staff are lovely and friendly and theres a nice atmosphere in the pub. Overall a fantastic place to eat
Popped in for a pint of English IPA, sadly there was a lengthy wait on food, but from past experience the food here is excellent, so opted to enjoy the liquid refreshment. The bar was busy, which confirms its popularity.
Lovely pub and staff. The food is great, simple pub food cooked really well. Love the outdoor seating area and the prices were really good.

Small unusual pub . Booked out always no idea why ? Small and quirky teeny tiny screens for sports yet people book tables !
