i have to start by saying i have given this place a review before a few years ago and it's that long since we have given the new owners a go. first off the staff are all friendly and welcoming the drinks were nicely chilled, I booked a table for early evening what i didn't know at the time we were a week early lol but the staff accommodated us perfectly in fact they went the extra mile as the restaurant area was closed and now is only used on a Sunday or for special booking but they allowed us to eat in the main restaurant when we asked the food was nicely cooked and served and offered value for money and yes we will be returning.

Not sure if it was salt beef, or just a tonne of salt in the beef curry, but couldn't eat it and gave me dreadful indigestion, went home and was horribly sick. Once it was out of my system I was fine, so definitely the food and not a bug.
this is a great bar, with a winter quiz every Thursday. my host pete and lisa are both very friendly. at the moment it is short a cook, once the sorted it will be good. now worth a visit! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Un local bastante grande con buena comida y precios razonables. Fantástica música en vivo de la banda Thick as Thieves.
Gente encantadora y propietario y fue un buen lugar para conocer gente de la zona y todos fueron muy amables.
Food is very very good, only downside I had was I had to change 3 pints as the glasses were dirty inside
