Came here for Friday afternoon drinks. First impressions, classy joint (I'm thinking a couple of flapper girls would have fit right in), thankfully not overcrowded, very much loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately our experience was brought down by the rude bartender that served us (hopefully it was just him).
Loved the novelty of having our drinks served in a classy looking teapot of mismatching cups and saucers and loved the free popcorn they were serving (they were popping fresh popcorn in butter at the bar and the entire room smelt delicious).
Didn't stay for very long as there wasn't really a lot of places where we could sit but definitely somewhere to try out if you get in early enough!
A classy location for some great cocktails. It was quiet on a Tuesday night but it still retained a great atmosphere. Felt like I had been transported to 1920s USA with long plush couches, intimate lighting and beautiful artwork. The menu consists of typical American bloke food-burgers, fries and pork belly all at reasonable prices considering the portion sizes. The drinks menu is extensive specializing in rum and liqueurs. Finish it with a New York cheesecake and your set for a great night!

Bobèche is one of my favourite places for an after hours drink or two- always love the free popcorn they pass out!
This time I went to Bobèche for tapas and some wine. Was very happy to hear that they have a happy hour from 5pm to 6pm weeknights that sells wines for $7 a glass. Got there just before 6 so bought two glasses :)
The tapas was delightful. Half a rack of pork ribs were delicious as were the mushrooms on toast, meatballs and fries. Ultimately these were some of the best tapas I have had in Perth.
Well recommended.
Bobèche is one of the best speakeasy bars we've ever been to, and it's hard not to see why. Aside from being known to serve teapot cocktails and delicious popcorn (popcorn is free!) it has a cozy ambience and a good selection of rums and whiskeys. And to top it all off, the bartenders are friendly and treat you as a member of their family. A must-visit whether you are a local or visiting the city.

The food here is quite nice, little expensive and small servings. Free pop corn! Addictive. The signature cocktail is Long Island ice tea served in China cups and tea pot! All bar tenders sport beards a useless fact. This is small busy place, get noisy and squashy on Friday nights. They play the same old music each night.
This place gets this rating from me for what it provides after midnight on a Saturday. I've been looking for a place like this to have a nice drink after lots of the other small bars in Perth close. Another plus for this place is the bowls of popcorn you get on your table to snack on while you're having a drink.
Whenever I go out I always stop by Bobeche. The drinks are a little pricey but the effort to produce them makes it worth it. I would recommend sharing a teapot between 2-3 friends and you can get about 2 cups each. The staff are friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy making your cocktails. p.s. FREE Popcorn!!
Go to The Grand. Matt over there did his utmost to help us have a great time, I'm sad we decided to leave there, and go to this arrogant bar. Jo the bar manager at Bobeche forgot who was the customer. Do not go here if you want to find a quiet corner to catch up. You will not be made welcome. #disappointing

Bobèche came up trumps in the search for a place to have a post-midnight catch up drink on a Friday night. The heady smell of popcorn was very welcoming and the tea was suitably strong in liquor and lovely to sip from china. Great little bar.
