I visited this restaurant today, and I have to say I won't be returning after my experience. I ordered a large iced chai latte with an espresso shot at the drive-thru and then pulled up to the pickup window. There was one car in front of me, and the woman inside was having an extended conversation with the staff member at the window. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they were just passing the time while her order was being prepared, which seemed to take quite a while. After almost ten minutes, I noticed the woman waving goodbye without receiving any food or drink. Not only did I have to wait an unreasonable amount of time while they shared stories, but when I finally got my ord...
We absolutely love The Hideaway Vault! It’s the ideal spot to settle into a cozy corner with a book, play a game, catch up with friends, or even have a work meeting. The menu offers delicious coffee and food, and the staff is always friendly. Truly a fantastic place to spend your time.
Visit only if you have some extra time to spare. They really need to improve their speed, especially for those rushing to work. I would stop by more often, but the wait for a drink is just too long. On the plus side, the staff is always friendly!
This is undoubtedly the best-smelling bank I've ever been to! I personally bank at Heritage, and the staff are consistently warm and welcoming. They've truly gone above and beyond by adding a wonderful coffee shop in their main branch.

I stopped by for a quick breakfast while I was waiting for Chuck and Dons to open. The food was light, fresh, and delicious. I'm really glad I went, and I will definitely be back!

This place has great staff, cozy comfortable seating, and great light food items and coffee. Nice little place to stop and do some work for the day.

The Hideaway Vault offered a calm and enjoyable atmosphere. While we didn't try the food, both of our drinks were superb.
