We have visited The Hill many times, and it never disappoints. Last night, my husband and I enjoyed oysters, steak, mushroom soup, and the slow-cooked halibut. Everything was, as always, exceptional. The mushroom soup was simply incredible, somehow both light and packed with flavor. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the oysters were sweet with excellent dipping options. One of the dips had a delightful lemon and horseradish blend—I'm not sure of the exact ingredients, but it was exquisite. The combination of flavors in the fish dish was also flawless. The ambiance of the restaurant was stunning, and the service provided by the staff was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions of the appetizers. In fact, we were so full that we couldn't even share a dessert, which is unusual for us. On our next visit, we will request that the chef reduce the salt, allowing us to season to our liking. Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening.
Service was amazing very attentive to my little boy who had a great time there. Food was decent but the portions weren’t exactly filling. Also, when ordering a ‘fine wine served by Coravin’ pour the wine at the table it makes a much better show of the wine and would probably lead to more orders from that (seems to work at other places). Otherwise very good and hope to return soon!
The Hill has a welcoming ambience and a varied menu. Cocktails and wine list offer something for everyone and food is top quality. Portions are generous and service is friendly. I wish it were a little more disabled-friendly because the fireplace in winter is cozy.

This was my first visit to the Hill and on an off night. Service was great as it was not a busy evening and the food cocktails were good as well. I will go back to try again.

In the lounge at a regular table, warm n cozy very welcoming and fun. Delicious food we came very hungry and we were very satisfied. lovely restaurant.
