The Hive Honey Ice Cream

After a picnic lunch by the harbour my wife and I headed towards this ice cream shop. We had a very pleasant chat with the server and I complemented her on how deftly she used her scoop to form an almost perfectly spherical ball of ice cream. She promptly placed a further two scoops on my wife’s offering, totally dwarfing the cone. I pushed my luck even further, enquiringly whether I could have two flavours I ended up with four spheres perched on top of an identical small cone. We brought 3 ice creams one of which was with a gluten free waffle cone. It Was delicious (not something I often say about gluten free alternatives). Fully recommend as all the flavours we brought were delicious. The member of staff was friendly and really helpful.

While the ice cream itself was extremely tasty and the portion generous. It was a very expensive treat considering that it is ice cream. I paid somewhere in the £4 region for 2 scoops. No problem at all with the product itself, just the pricing.

This is the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted!! Keep going back for more. The portions are generous and the staff are really friendly. Fudge sticks of yummy too. A little bit off the beach but worth walking the extra few steps. Highly recommended! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

This is the best ice cream I have ever tasted, hands down. There were some really great and unusual flavours, in with the traditional. Absolutely try the salted peanut- nothing I buy in the shop will compare!

Have tried all the ice cream in Saundersfoot,this is the best. Try the black currant!Fantastic. They only sell the waffle cones so they stay crisp until the end. Very good value.

Really nice ice cream. Service was good. It was a shame when we visited that they’d run out of a few of the flavours and it’s worth noting that it’s a cash only shop.

Amazing ice cream. Honey used to sweeten. Will definitely return again and try more. We had the mango, peanut and rum and raisin.

Absolutely gorgeous, so tasty. A must have in saunderfoot. Clean and tidy shop, friendly staff and serious tasty ice cream!
