The Hook And Ladder

I took a six week class that was hosted at the Best Western Plus, so naturally The Hook and Ladder become my go-to lunch place during the class. Their menu is standard American and is overall decent. My usual order became their chicken quesadilla, which is one of the hardier quesadillas I've ever had. Their wait staff are very nice and stay calm and patient when met with a big influx of customers. My biggest complaint is that their kitchen pushes out meals at a painfully slow rate. So it's not the best place to go when you have limited time.

We had the .ost delicious hamburger there and an excellent waitress. She was alone and yet very attentive to everyone there. Also the band was outstanding, I believe it was called Saville Road. I hope they play there again because my friends and I will go back there. We all had a great time!

Open on Easter so I popped in for dinner when visiting my daughter at college. Excellent waitress (who was also running the bar). Went out of her way to help me order a meal without creams, butter or breading. Smile on her face... delicious food! So glad we found it.

we stopped with family and friends at lunch because we shop in the opposite. big burger and flat brote. bartender, waiting for us was great. I'd definitely go back if we're ever in the opposite.

We got treated by friends for early Mother's day the food is excellent, everything is made fresh to order apps and dinners were delicious.
