I 'm not usually a fan of Chain Pubs but I can 't fault it. It does exactly what it says on the tin. The food is cheap but nice, the service is quick,efficient and very polite. The quality of the drinks for the price is fantastic. Had two meals and two alcoholic drinks for £19. Yes some of it is probably microwaved but for the price I can 't complain. I had a curry and it had lots of taste and plenty of chicken. I also like that the menu states the calories and allergy information. The place is clean, a tad old fashioned but I can live with that. I 'm not sure what it 's like later in in the evening, but for a quick evening meal at teatime I couldn 't fault it. The only complaint my partner...
During our business trip away from home, we dined out all week. I have frequented Wetherspoons near my home many times, but this experience was exceptional. While their menu is pretty standard, the food is consistently well-cooked and served efficiently. The atmosphere at this pub was fantastic, and we all agreed that it was the best meal we had all week. I was pleasantly surprised! Kudos to the staff at the Horseshoe xx.
great service, good city location and eating is what they would expect in any good Wetherspoons operation, the menu was refreshed and my favorite apple crispy and custard is back. I couldn't give him 5 though toilets weren't clean. parking is limited, but there is a free parking space 2 minutes away near the doctor's surgery
we went on a Sunday dinner and it was good. we tried their new, karge chicken and can recommend it. beautiful and relaxed atmosphere in the pub and a lot of seating. the only thing that was a bit difficult is to find parking in the high street near the pubs, but when they do, it is free on Sundays: Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
beautiful place, friendly staff, good eating and beer. many tables outside (can be 20 beautiful in the sunshine. four stars not 5 how sad was eating hardly warm when served. that may have been unusual for this place, so I would say it's worth a visit. fun!
absolutely good place to go. the Scottish/Northumberland deputy manager was also a top charge thank you for the lush food and for my newcastle brown ale in. please try her, a spicy pizza on the menu and maybe a spicy Arta food
Good, if you can find space to sit and sometimes it gets a bit too loud and they close the gates so the only way out from the outdoor area is squeezing through everyone.
Always come to this Wetherspoon's! Such lovely staff members. Came here on Easter and my card declined and one of the staff paid for mine and my partners meal! 10/10 Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The only place in Wombwell you can get a red witch. Nice atmosphere staff.
