I booked a night at this hotel for a birthday party and selected the wrong date stupid. This is my fault! I wanted to go, but I called the hotel and was relieved to hear that they canceled and reimbursed me because they were already sold out of the date I needed. I then booked another hotel in the area and there the Comfort Inn remained excellent and a great alternative! The Holiday Inn Clark still accused me for the night. I tried to call her several times (4 times). to see what was up, and every time I got the same answer: they needed to check with their office manager and would call me back. Okay, great. Except they have never called I suspect that this is so that some people will forget...
We stayed here for a wedding and the group had over 20 rooms. He terrible service started at check in….we arrived a little early and were rudely told by 2 front desk woman that check in is at 3 co back in 30 minutes.this was Friday afternoon with an empty parking lot. Secondly after dinner I noticed my sister had checked because I saw her car in the lot so myself and mother asked what room she was in so we could call he and was again rudely quoted by both front desk men privacy policy instead of asking the name and calling hem and telling them .Thirdly I was told breakfast was included and when we sat down for breakfast an other rude employee came over and said VOUCHER where is your VOUCHER...
We had a very smooth and courteous check-in experience, and we appreciated being able to leave our car at the front door while we unloaded our sleeping children into the room. The beds were comfortable and clean, although the carpet showed some wear, and there was a rust spot around the bathtub drain. However, both the bathroom and bedroom felt clean overall. The controls for the AC/heat unit in the window were easy to use. Breakfast was pretty good, especially since the kids ate for free, although the pancakes were a bit too dry. I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was outstanding. My room was clean and modern. There’s a bar available for drinks, as well as a café for light meals if you're not in the mood for a full meal. If you want to venture out, you have the option to visit a nearby shopping center that features a variety of shops and restaurants to meet all your needs. The location is also very convenient, right off the Garden State Parkway. Last but not least, the staff was wonderful and attentive to all my needs. Highly recommended!

I had an exceptional experience with the guest service at this restaurant. It's conveniently located near local attractions, and the food was delightful. The pool area is beautiful, adding to the ambiance. The entire staff was committed to providing excellent customer service and truly excelled in their roles. There's also a restaurant with a bar, and I must mention the wonderful young lady who works at the bar every day of the week—she's fantastic!
bathrooms are horrible. Toilets 15 inches high just like elementary school. How can you expect an adult to use this? Giant cockroach in bathroom. Shower has no pressure, water goes all over floor when showering. Went to print boarding passes printers broken, no excuse, by new printers. When we checked in girl at front desk said we were getting upgraded room ha ha!!!!!!!!!! I would not even give this hotel one star if I could.
I have been staying at this hotel once/month since the beginning of the year. I was there the second weekend in June and everything was fine. I had to make a trip back this past weekend and they changed their coffee policy. They no longer offer free coffee or tea for their guests. Time to find a new hotel when they can't even offer a little hospitality!
Great stay hotel is very clean the best beds and staff. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner good food. The bartender Cecilia is is very accommodating. The pool was very clean, a plus in this heat. Starts at the top the GM Kathy and her staff can’t do enough, thanks for the hospitality. I will be back.

I ordered the pizza from here tonight after a long work day and I was FANTASTIC, arrived hot and fresh. The crust was perfect!!!!! Definitely will order again and again!!
I understand that everyone can't please everyone, and I'm not going to praise the food here. I'm just going to give it five stars for good service.
