This restaurant is overrated with poor service. The food was mediocre at best and we had to ask for salt, ketchup, and pepper. Our appetizer arrived less than 5 minutes before our entrees and we didn't even receive the sides that were supposed to come with it. The waitress also brought out the wrong appetizer initially. I recommend going to another restaurant to save yourself the hassle. Additionally, despite offering gluten-free options on the menu, the restaurant had nothing gluten-free available when I tried to order. Very disappointing experience.
It was my first visit. I've heard of the famous burgers. We were not disappointed. We had a GC for the Ice Burger and asked if it was too much for one. Our waitress suggested that we cut it in half. We did this and ordered a Greek salad as well. My husband loved the fries, they were good. The burger was very good as well. Over all Worth the short drive out of the city. It's a smaller place, this giving a cozy dinning experience, with a country feel.
Maybe not the best place to order from online. The fries were pretty plain and limp. The limp part is probably due to the delivery time. The honey dill was under the chicken and the lid was completely melted. Chicken was pretty crisp as well. Maybe would go back in person, but not likely to order from delivery again.
Went today and had the iceberg burger. It's an old school 3/4lbs cheese burger. The burger was better than I expected and the size was just right to fill me up but not be uncomfortable. Reminds me of an upgraded small town rink burger. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I hadn't been to the Ice House in over 15 years, but I was delighted to find that their famous burger was just as amazing as I remembered. The service was excellent, with polite servers who checked in on me frequently. Two thumbs up!
A lot of us came in at the last minute last month and the staff stayed late just to ensure we were able to eat. The food at Ice House was excellent and we greatly appreciate the hospitality. Thank you!
It's been quite a few years since I've been there. Had great looking lunch specials but had to go with the iceberg ! Great service. Gonna take the wife out for supper there soon
