The lattes at the restaurant were excellent and we had positive interactions with two employees, Lexi and Stefan. However, we were disappointed to see that many customers and some employees, potentially including the manager or owner, were not wearing masks. The presence of t-shirts declaring independence from the governor and signs on the front door claiming exemption from Covid health regulations should have been warning signs for us. It was disheartening to witness this display of disregard for safety precautions, and we made sure to use hand sanitizer extensively after our visit. We hope that they did not receive assistance from Minnesota's small business relief grant.

I guess the t-shirts that report to the gouverneur are not our king and the signs at the doorstep that say they do not have to follow the Kovid health rules constitutionally, should have been a good note. hopefully they did not use minnesota's small operating aid. Actually, it was quite discouraging and we used ourselves in hand sanitizers as they are anti-health rules.
I wanted to love this place. really. the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. you eating? less than spectacular. I tried this place before and during the COVID times and I was never satisfied with eating. small portions with high rate would be good if it tasted good. Unfortunately, it is lacking lusters and sometimes quite terrible. last week I was stopped there and my half sandwich was not only hard as a rock, but the filling was pale. the coffee should have made for it, but it tasted burned and was almost impossible to drink.

love this place was only once on the road from kc to minneapolis. Flatbread lunch was excellent and coffee great quality, but the greatest outrage to the boss/manager who took time to listen to us and to react kreatiw to our vegan desires. thank you, sir. more than 5 stars! also love the industrial/artistic ambiente. we wish to live closer, would be again often I am sure
we have visited twice in the last months while we were on the move. the Interchange sandwich is excellent. excellent home coffee too. service was excellent. atmosphere is great. only a short car ride from I-35, I highly recommend for those traveling through the albert le area.
Avoid this place at all costs! It is extremely unsafe. The floors are filthy, the manager is disrespectful to the neighbors and community. The food is terrible. Hopefully, they will consider a different career path because they are detrimental to the community.
The restaurant features local artwork and beautiful brick walls. The salads and sandwiches are delicious. We had a great time at trivia night and ended up winning. The wine list is also fantastic. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
