Arrived at 08:20 for drinks as it looked like a lovely place and we have heard great reviews but the moment we walked in and said we were there for a drink the woman behind the till just very bluntly said “we are full”. No indication of when they would have a space or time and then completely blanked us. Customer service definitely needs some work because after that unfortunately we won’t be returning, not if you are going to treat potential customers as disposable especially as front of house staff. Love love love it! Went in the first time this week, I’d never heard of it but it came up on Google maps as a bar near the restaurant me and my partner were eating at. From the moment we entered the staff were lovely. The bar is comfortable but stylishly decorated with two floors of seating. Ofc the interesting concept of the restaurant is the self service aspect where you can add money onto a card and fill up your own glasses from a selection of wine in their machines. But if you’re not ready off that kind of commitment (which we weren’t) they have a wonderful selection of wines from the bar which are reasonably priced. They also offer food which we didn’t try but a nice touch.
Not a big wine connoisseur myself but headed down to this vino vendor to drown my sorrows after a particularly perturbing horoscope. I had the delight of interacting with some futuristic 'wine cow ' that you must milk in order to extract the stuff. This was so surreal and quaint to interact with that I wasn 't bothered that there was nowhere to rest my elbow patches whilst milking. All in all the experience transformed my unmoored and turbulent mood (thanks to that downright ominous horoscope I mentioned earlier) into a whimsical, laissez fair one. We ordered the deluxe cheese board for two of us along with two sides. It was enough food despite having an early lunch and does come with crackers. The wine card and tasting is a fantastic idea. Staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. We were mostly taken care of by Laura who I could not fault at all and is everything you would want in the service industry when you go out. The Hungarian dessert wine was incredible. Highly recommend!

Lovely atmosphere. Great idea to use money cards and serve yourself, avoiding having to queue for drinks. It was fun to experiment with the wines as you can have tasters! The food was fabulous and very reasonably priced. The Wallow grazing board was great to share between friends whilst drinking and chatting. Very informal, relaxed. Friendly, polite staff. Keep doing exactly what you're doing
We had Austrian Pumpkins which were deliciously yummy, Coppa, Anchovies, Goats Cheese Pearls, Burrata Wallow Salad which were all tasty and yummy. The service was great too and welcoming. Highly recommended going to The Wallow.
Love this place, brought a friend who was visiting for the weekend and we shared some meats and cheeses and helped ourselves to some wine. Max our server was excellent and we had such a great time. Can’t wait to return
From start to finish this place is fantastic. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere, plus what's not to love about wine on tap! The perfect place for a get together with friends or a meal with your other half

Perfect lunch with my mum and daughter we had the sharing platter and a glass of wine. The waiter was very helpful and gave my mum some tasters as she was unsure what wine to choose. We will return. Terrific
Pretty decent, but very pricey. A nice vibe and enjoyable cheese board. Our waiter seemed inexperienced and wasn't sure what we were asking for most of the time!
