Called in to order takeaway of two doner kebabs around 7pm stood for over twenty minutes watching several kebabs being made for them to be collected by Deliveroo type driver. Finally ours were handed to us, got home opened the box there’s just a pile of meat in a pita??? No salad, we have had kebabs here before and always had a soul destroying wait but at least they were a properly assembled kebab. Guy making it seemed clueless and unsupervised, priorities are for the delivered food and not in-person orders and the wait would have included time for a whole box of doner meat to be grilled rather than a portion with salad. Mid week: Served with well-overdone chips. Most confident they had been reheated. Was too hard to eat and left most of them. The fish itselfe was okay but the batter was not cooked through and soggy on the inside. Servers could not fail to know how bad the chips were, but served them anyway. When my friend complained to the server, a woman was called from the back and our thoughts related. No apology or money back was offered; which surely was the right thing to do. We felt like we should not be complaining from the reaction we got. They obviously do not have any pride in what they produce. We will not be revisiting.
Absolutely disgusting customer service avoid at all cost. They miss items off your order and when you ring up you just get hostile people, one of the team members shout in the background tell him to F off. The manager makes no apology for this and says it’s not my fault your in a bad mood and puts the phone down. Don’t deserve customers.
We wanted a takeaway but not fish, so had chicken tikka and chips, the food was lovely, hot and tasty. The service was excellent, the young man and lady who served us were so helpful and patient, they even gave us a little bit of chicken to try before we ordered. Will definitely go and eat there again, on our next visit to Ironbridge.

I visited this restaurant on July 23 and enjoyed the decent food and portion size. The portions were actually quite large. The fish and chips were tasty, and the drinks were ice cold, perfect for the summer. The restaurant also has a good view. I would definitely recommend it.
The worst fish and chips I’ve had in a very long time. The batter wasn’t cooked well, the chips weren’t hot and I suspect they had been reheated. When we complained the manager was very dismissive like we were making a fuss. There were three of us who all thought the same.
Went for lunch and sat out on the balcony which had lovely views. Nice atmosphere, quick and good service. Chips are homemade and delicious , huge portion. Recommend and will go back.
Fab chips and great service. Huge portions. We took ours at ate in the pub next door. A great start to our trip to Ironbridge.

All very good and very clean inside. Snappy and efficient staff and reasonable prices. An all round decent chippy.
Excellent in absolutetly every way service and staff were friendly; food was great and the quality really high.
