The pub was nice and clean and the serving girl was very friendly. Unfortunately the fish that I ordered was balanced precariously on the mushy peas pot and when I tried to move it, it toppled to the floor. The serving staff were great though and very quickly replaced the whole dish for me. The batter was very crispy and the fish was cooked really nicely, it would be easier if things weren't balanced on top of each other on the plate, but I suppose that means there's lots of food so it can't be too bad a thing! Overall I had a nice time and had nice food in a nice place. I will go again
I've lived in Crownhill most of my life and the Jack Rabbit is a lovely pub and restaurant too pop in too for Sunday lunch or a team meal. The staff are friendly and attentive, the food was pretty good too however although I never eat the little token bit of salad you are given with the starter chicken wings it looked old and wilted or I'd have given this place a 5 stars.
Really great pub with good hearty meals for everyone. Small hiccup where a dish was forgotten but very quickly resolved. Fast service and great staff always happy to help with any issues or queries. The cocktails are strong but definitely worth it. Lovely atmosphere.
Almost went out because there was nothing on the menu, but that turned out because they have a separate extensive vegan menu. Had the coconut curry that was excellent. V. Good for a omi place.

It's not a bad place to be. Inside, it could be anywhere. The decor is reminiscent of a classic old pub, even though locals know it was only constructed a few years ago.
We were greeted at reception well and shown to our table where we were served by Richard who was friendly, considerate and very efficient.
I really enjoy this restaurant! The open fire adds a cozy atmosphere, and the food is consistently delicious with generous portions.
