I brought my little cousin from Kendal to experience the culinary delights at The Joiner. He ordered a bacon cheeseburger and claimed it was the best burger (and the best fries) he's ever had—and that’s coming from a picky 13-year-old! I have to agree; I ordered the blue cheeseburger, which I usually finish quickly, but it was so delicious that I took my time to savor every bite without looking odd. Truly fantastic!
The food here is fantastic, with a diverse menu that suits a wide range of preferences. The desserts are exceptional. Not bad is all I can say, we called in to try the meal deal they have, service was really good but unfortunately the food let it down, the risotto was pretty bland, the steak stroganoff was ok taste wise but the meat was tough. All in all ok for the price but we won’t return for food Price per person: £10–20

last night convened with two of my family with 14 to 54 years, and eating received top marks from all. I had the North Sea cod I would strongly recommend. top pub and great company.
