The Jute Indian Cuisine

Ordered some dishes online and food arrived at a reasonable time. We ordered a variety of curries and all tasted good. The big disappointment was the yoghurt onions and cucumbers (see pic attached) it was just slop and to be honest we just wanted onion...and mango with our poppadoms but must have ordered wrong thing to go with them but none of us would be able to eat that. All in all it was average particularly that it has priced up as ten pounds more than the other curry houses locally but we wanted to see if the quality was worth that extra tener. The dishes were tasty but you didn't get a lot and the yoghurt slop but us both off. Spending would have been nice to have some extras thrown in...

I have used this Indian take away a few times in the past and while initially very good, it went down hill. Glad to say it is back. I ordered the food on the Just Eat website. The menu has a great choice and is...very clear. I collected the food minutes later. We both had the Chicken Tikka Dupiaza and Basmati rice with two naan breads. The premises itself looks very clean and well presented. The curries were excellent. Well cooked and tasted very fresh. Chicken was cooked perfectly. My only criticism is that there could have been a bit more chicken. This take away isn't cheap but the food is in my opinion, quality restaurant standard.

We ordered a takeaway and was told it would be minutes just over an hour later I rang the shop to see if there was a problem he said it should be with you now in the end it took hour minutes.When...it finally arrived with no apology I dished the food out but it was stone cold the chips were soggy and freezing so had to be thrown I heated the starters and curry up but even after that it tasted very bland I also rang to say it was cold but all they said was he would make a note of it I will definitely not be goin back

Food here always good and service prompt. We have tried many different curries here and none have disappointed. Sides usually good too but on occasion have not been as freshly deep fried as should have been a bit too soft (bharjis and samosas). This...is not the norm but could be addressed. We normally have our order delivered and they always arrive within the given time. Will continue to use for our Indian food takeaway.

Thanks jay for some delicious curries, lamb tikka masala, chicken Bhuna, meat somosa's, onion bhaji's, chicken pakoras. Excellent, freshly made, whilst we waited for mins. The whole staff where polite well spoken. Me and my family enjoyed our treat. Thank you management ..staff at jute Indian takeaway, Chorley old road, Bolton.

Dont order from this place as it dosen't arrive. They take your card payment then take the phone off the hook avoid this place the scum bags. You should be ashamed of yourselfs total unproffessional

We are fortunate to have this jewel around the corner , we are now regulars and they kindly delivered though I had no cash , allowing me to pay the next day .

The popadoms and pickle tray were fresh, and the samber was absolutely amazing. I wonder if the chef is married based on how delicious the food is! LOL.

Such an amazing place to order from. The currys were cooked to absolute perfection. I would recommend them, amazing service too! Quick delivery too!

Preferred choice in the area. Delivery excellent, food very good and authentic. We like it. Jalfrezi, Madras etc all authentic and well spiced
