I went there for the first time with my girlfriend and had an amazing time. Matt, the server was very friendly and showed true profession and expertise. After Matt served us we set the bar high for servers, very impressed and we returned 3 more times within that week due to Matt. When it came to our food, it was breath taking. I ordered the French Onion Ribeye along with a glass of wine and it was miraculous. Definitely the best steak I have ever had. Definitely will be returning. Highly recommend. Once again thank you Matt for the amazing service
My experience(s) at the Keg are typically the most consistent (consistently good) among the restaurants I dine at. My experience last evening at the Heartland Keg was exceptional! Service food quality was perfect. The atmosphere and every staff member interaction was so positive, including a very pleasant introduction from the manager. Our main server was “Ciral” (forgive the spelling if it’s wrong), he could not have done a better job, although as previously mentioned all staff interactions were great. Thank you! SM
As always incredible all the way around! We booked a table for 2 for 5 :45 pm , we showed up early and were seated right away . Our server had perfect timing from greetings us to taking our orders to the food coming out. We didn't feel suffocated or Rushed. The Keg is my go to every time for speacial occasions doesn't matter the location always consistent country wide.
The Keg is always a sure bet, especially when celebrating a special occasion. The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The iceberg wedge salad was delicious. Every year my wife and I go here for our anniversary. The food was great and our waiter Emmanuel was attentive, friendly, polite and an absolute star. We will continue. As far as the KEG goes I go almost monthly but mostly at the York ST location in downtown Toronto. FIRST CLASS!
