My feedback is mainly for the arrival and host staff … our booking was for 545; we arrived early (that’s on us)… we were sat at the bar (which is totally fine). At 550 we were told that they were “backed up” and not able to get us in the restaurant. We then got asked if we would mind a table in the bar; pointing at two tables: “how does that one or that one look”…. Although not ideal, we agreed. The hostess disappeared for another 10 minutes while we watched those two tables get filled. Finally we were greeted by another hostess who “found” us a table. She made it evident she was in a hurry and impatiently asked us to “follow her” (while we were trying to gather our coats, etc and settle the...
As always, a great experience with excellent food, cooked to perfection. Service was spot on and very friendly and helpful with questions about the menu items. Overall, just a very, very good time. Thank you.
