Definitely not impressed ! The only good things were the appetizers and Caesar Salad.We came in with party of six under reservation.The waiter was asked to bring Pepper (forgot it and we never received it , we ended up asking another server). We asked for a Pepsi from the server (waited ten minutes before we asked a gentleman who got the server to get it for us right away). The Pepsi was then sent back because it tasted like water twice. (We will be asking for it to be taken off the bill because it wasn’t drank.)Ordered a Blueberry Lemonade three people at the table tasted it as well to confirm that it had no flavour and tasted like just carbonated water. Was replaced with a Virgin Strawberr...
Service at the Brantford location was fantastic! Staff readily accommodated our table exchange and server was really great!Now for the food...bread amazing,I would love to know who your Baker is!Unfortunately my steak was supposed to be an 8 oz, I am sure it was smaller, my husband's was fine, a 12 oz, however, not sure what happened to the keg's well marinated and well seasoned meat?Now for the vegetables...there is a fine line between crisply cooked and raw...mine were raw...fries of my husband's were frozen type of string fries (doesn't take much to pre-blanch and have ready hand cut real fries)...the twice baked potatoe,on my dish, had to be exchanged with hubby because it contained baco...
During my travels, I visited this restaurant and was impressed by its beautiful and elegant ambiance. We started with the scallops as an appetizer, which were outstanding. For our entrees, we had steaks, but unfortunately, my top sirloin cooked medium was a bit tough and lacking in flavor. The garlic mashed potatoes on the side were good, but not exceptional. Despite the tasty meal, the high price made me expect more. The service, however, was exceptional with a very friendly waitress. Overall, it was a good experience, but I'm unsure if I would return due to the cost.
As always the service and quality of food exceeds all expectations! We have ordered a variety of appetizers and mains and the bartender was able to make a drink of our liking even though it wasn't exactly on the drink menu. Even though we had a little hiccup with one of our mains, the manager that night (i believe her name was Nicole) took a great care of our order and delivered outstanding service that was much appreciated. My husband and I were there for dinner last night. Our waitress Lindsay was absolutely amazing. The food was cooked perfectly and met my very picky standards by a landslide. However, I will say the service was the thing that stood out to both of us the most! Excellent job! Highly recommend!
Leah (I think that's how you spell her name) our server was great, she did a really good job, I would give her 5 stars. The 3 stars are because of the food. for the price you pay it was just bland. Some of the food we ordered had basically no flavor and the presentation was just meh.
Had an anniversary dinner here on Tuesday. Staff and food were excellent. Prime rib was exactly how it should be. Really missed going here. Nice surprise at the end when our waitress gave us a miners cake to share, with no charge. Thank you for making this a great night.

Great service and I was impressed when they asked for vaccination proof! Good food, great service, a little pricy but worth it. Keep up the great job!
