It was an overall great service and experience. When the bill came, we didnât review and just paid for it. When we got home and checked the bill, we realized that the Prime Rib steak we ordered for 18 oz was billed incorrectly for $58.00. The menu indicated the price to be $48 for an 18 oz Prime Rib steak. Not sure if we can get a credit for the error of an overcharge of $10.00?Please let us know. The steakhouse offers a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service, but the steaks did not meet our expectations given the price range. One steak we ordered as 'medium' arrived nearly 'well done'; while the next one was perfect, the following steak ended up overcooked again. We chose not to complain since we didn’t want to wait for a replacement while the others had already finished their cold meals. I just wish their cooking consistency could improve.
We've visited this restaurant multiple times, but unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined with each visit. The steak had a rubbery texture, the shrimp was served cold, and the calamari was undercooked. On a positive note, the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. It's disappointing to witness prices rising while the quality of the food deteriorates.
We were both very pleased with our meal. We ordered the prime rib steak accompanied by crispy fried wobbles and twice-baked potatoes, along with escargot and lobster. For dessert, we enjoyed the complimentary ice cream cake. Our server was attentive, and the service was quick. Overall, the food and service were good. The Sirloin Oscar and Billy Miner Pie were the highlights of the meal. I chose the mushroom rice as a healthier option, but next time I would go for the mashed potatoes, as the rice was rather bland. The server was a bit too eager with the drinks and brought a second one before I finished the first.
portion sizes were generous, and the fresh bread was brilliant! We were mostly full by the time the meat came in, so we did not enjoy it much. Steak was ok (nothing spectacular! . The desserts were good
The steak on my plate was cold, and the warm butter didn’t melt. The garlic shrimp appetizer was excessively salty.
