I made an online reservation and received a call to ask if we were celebrating any birthdays, our preferred language, and whether we had children who needed seats, which I thought was a nice touch. We had plenty of time to enjoy our meal, and our server was friendly and attentive. Our food was served in a timely manner. However, my prime rib was slightly cold, and the jus was overly salty. My husband's ribs were difficult to remove from the bone, and he was not impressed with them. It was our first time dining at The Keg, and we were captivated by the beautiful atmosphere. The staff was respectful, cheerful, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We’ve decided that this will be our go-to restaurant. The food was exceptional; everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our experience there, and our waiter was fantastic. Not what we remember it to be, big disappointment. We went for my husbands birthday celebration thinking we’d splurge on a nice meal, my husband’s steak looked like it had been boiled, definitely not worth what we paid and the ribs were mediocre to say the least(far from fall off the bone) Will not be returning…..
the worst I've ever eaten. for a “high” restaurant like keg- is eating ridiculously overpriced and not worth it. to serve with ketchup instead of another soße from scratch from her “che”, it is simply ridiculous. I do not eat in the province la belle for gott sake. you will never see me again at your place.

The welcome was not the best! The restaurant should make sure to respect the time of reservation and find solution for that. Other than that the experience was positive. Best part of it is the service.
