I visited this restaurant for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, warm, and cozy decor. I started with an Old Fashioned and a Mojito; the Old Fashioned was fantastic, while the Mojito was a bit too sour for my taste. For appetizers, we had calamari (not pictured) and escargot. The calamari was a huge hit—crispy and not chewy at all—while the escargot was disappointing because the sauce was overwhelming. For the main courses, we ordered a variety of proteins, and I must say, every dish was cooked to perfection. My only complaint was that my salmon dish didn't have any crab, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.
I visit this keg about 10-12 times a year but in the last year or so they have become tight . A keg size drink is now a regular size drink for double the price and full of Ice . The attached picture below is my main course meal . I handed back my chicken to be cooked more as it was pink in the middle along with all my vegetables, gravy and mash . 15 minutes later my main course chicken arrived back like this . In the mean time the manager came over and expressed how the chicken is cooked using a thermometer etc. Thank you for cooking my chicken better but what happened to the rest of my meal????
We all ordered steak, each prepared differently according to our preferences. I had mine charred, which is a new option available now. I always prefer my steak very well done, and the charred option was even better for me. When my steak arrived, it was perfectly charred and incredibly delicious—tender and full of flavor, with that wonderful charred taste. Naturally, I left a generous tip for our waitress. To my knowledge, The Keg collects all the tips from the evening and shares them among the entire staff, which I think is a great practice.
Our experience was fantastic! The reservation was promptly honored, and our host was both professional and friendly. The rest of the staff also contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. Our food arrived quickly and was still hot when served. Our waitress was cheerful, attentive, and got our orders right. We were very satisfied with the service overall. The food was outstanding—my wife had the steak, and I had the prime rib, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Thank you, Keg, for a wonderful evening! We look forward to returning soon! We came here to celebrate my dad's birthday. Kristy was AMAZING!! I had a recent flare up of my Crohn's and she was able to make great suggestions for me and everything was so yummy. Everyone enjoyed the appetizers AND our meals (i had the filet minion with salad pictured here). The staff was incredible with our group of 9. I was so happy to spend time with my family and it was a great place to spend our special birthday and Thanksgiving dinner. ? Can't ask for better service. Very satisfied. ?

We went on Saturday November 5 for my Daughters BF birthday. Could not get an early reservation so ended up with a 9:00 one. David was our server. He went above and beyond with his Customer Service. We were very pleased and impressed with everything. My Husband ordered French Onion Soup but it was forgotten. David comped us all with Desserts. Amazing Customer Service. David needs to be rewarded with how wonderful he treats Customers.
