OK, so we headed here for the soft play as it was open to 8pm got there at 6:50pm went though to the kids section to be told its last orders for food so what do we want, this was before we got a menu. It’s like no one cares anymore, head office need to come and look at this place, it’s a shambles. Staff are doing as they please, doing last orders when they wish. 10pm on a Saturday night with at least 30 people in the pub. Have never had such dire service and dreadful food in a Brewers Fayre, ever. Obviously short staffed, with the exception of one young girl behind the bar, all looked as if they didn 't want to be there. Worst of all, when we raises concerns to the duty manager, Connor, he was very flippant and when I said I intended to email the head office he said that 's fine, they will ring me and I will deny everything However, we will return next year for a 2nd chance as I believe its the shortage of staff that was behind most of the issues.
