A quality real ale pub with that local village pub vibe but nestled in the middle of the city, complete with a interesting bunch of local regulars. my wife and I visited here about 2 months ago and were really surprised by the careful and attentiveness that was on the siege of the bar. once again we had some excellent beer, including the sacred grail of the English ipas draft worthington whit shield! we will. ensure that this is a regular stop when we visit leicester in future
