Every time iv ever ordered food here it came cold, friends were getting food tonight so we said OK we'd try again. For them to say they couldn't get through to our phone when the driver came, even tho outer phone was working perfectly. We asked for fresh food to come back and 30mins later the driver found out after the owner came back with the same food so we wouldn't take it. Kept calling for the manager (owner) he would not come on the phone so unprofessional let his employee take the rap for it. His wife was emailing us and he was telling the employee what to say. Wouldn't deliver new food and told us ring the 3rd party online for a refund which we did and they told us be could have done...
I absolutely love the birria tacos and consome, but I also enjoy the burgers, especially the dirty clucker, as well as the veggie spring rolls and fried Oreos. I've tried the spice bag, but I find I prefer the American and Mexican dishes the most. The selection of sodas is great, ranging from rock shandy to Jarritos. They always remember to include the sauces, and I've had positive experiences with their delivery service, though I prefer to pick up my orders when I can. You can tell they care about the business because they are continually improving and updating the restaurant space. The staff is friendly and patient; I once called just ten minutes before closing, and they still gladly took...
We also ordered two small fries, since the burgers are sold a la carte, and that was more than enough for the three of us to share. Unfortunately, our order arrived later than expected; it was meant to be delivered by 9:50 PM according to the GrubHub site, but it actually came at 10:24 PM. Would we order from them again? Most likely, as they offer a wide variety of options on their menu. Next time, we might try some other dishes besides the burgers, and consider picking up our order instead of opting for delivery.
I can't believe I haven't visited sooner! I love the variety of food they offer, and everything tastes amazing and fresh, made to order (plus, it's affordable!). The ordering process was seamless, and I really appreciate being able to easily view their menu and order online or in person. Their outdoor seating area is fantastic. Although I like the kitchen I am not its biggest fan, I would recommend the spice bag because it is tasty not because it is bleeding oil and the bag is under filled. While I'm not the biggest fan of this restaurant's cuisine, I do have some recommendations. The spice bag is definitely worth trying; it's tasty, although it could be less oily and a bit fuller. I also highly recommend the chicken cheese spring rolls—they're absolutely delicious! Overall, I'd rate the food a 4 out of 5.
