Me and my partner regularly come to The Lemon Tree in Tadcaster for breakfast offerings, and we are never left disappointed! The quality of food is superb, with generous portion sizes, and brilliantly tasting tea/coffee to accompany it all! They also offer a selection of home-made cakes/bakes, which we inevitably always take home with us. The Lemon Tree is a gem on Tadcaster's High Street.
A lovely, cosy little cafe on the High Street, with a great selection of food. We stopped for lunch at the end of a long drive from Wiltshire and weee warmly welcomed. The lovely ladies in the cafe even sang happy birthday to my husband when they found out it was his birthday. Would highly recommend.
Most excellent real ham sandwiches that is off the bone! Lovely Coffee cake. People so friendly and welcoming in spite of being busy. Lovely living flame gas fire. Lovely to sit, eat, and read while waiting for car service and Mot!
The food was tasty and the service was friendly, but paying £20.10 for just two bacon sandwiches and two coffees was a bit too expensive. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
