The server was extremely friendly, (especially when she met a table of her young age friends), however, when questioned about the food, I may have been better off talking to a wall.We were not aware that this was a vegan restaurant until we ordered something with chicken, to which the response was, “that’s made from soy”. I recently stopped by Lemon Tree, a vegan Mediterranean restaurant, to try out some of their desserts. I have to say, I was blown away by the explosive flavors of the baklava, baklava cake, and truffle ball. Each one had a unique flavor that was both satisfying and delicious.The baklava was the perfect blend of sweet and nutty, with flaky layers that melted in my mouth. I found this place because of Edible Options beside them. I had messaged the Lemon Tree on Instagram to ask when their happy hour menu started and they went above and beyond with responding to me. They sent me pictures of the menus and let me know the dates and times that happy hour is open for. My friend and I went here the next day, on Friday afternoon. The service was fantastic. The food was delicious. It is a bit pricey but I can understand as it’s a fully vegan restaurant. First time visiting, for a weekday lunch had a few hiccups. The restaurant followed up promptly. The lunch was absolutely delicious! The Burek lunch pictured here is amazing!!! -wonderful with the salad! New staff are training. Service was a bit inconsistent at first, it’s a seat yourself place. I’m very disappointed to say I got a dessert to-go order of lemon cheesecake and a dish of take home tzatziki dip and the tzatziki container was not packed properly or separated from the dessert. It spilled all over and soaked my lemon cheesecake cakes. $18 worth of cheesecake ruined by improper packaging. Very sad to say….I really wish it could have been a better first experience. Went here for the first time with high expectations and was not disappointed! Make sure to scan the secret menu, it's almost as big as the regular menu. I had the chicken drumsticks and they were phenomenal. We split mushroom fries (pictured) between the three of us and they went quick! Service was excellent and the server was very knowledgeable about the menu and had patience with us as we made our decision. They easily split our bill with us ordering three separate entrees and sharing an appetizer.I definitely plan to return and hope to try their desserts next.Vegetarian options: This restaurant is 100% vegan which means that every dish is also 100% vegetarian.
We had the BEST experience at the Lemon Tree. Our waitress Summer was SO lovely and kind and the food is so amazing. Great portions, awesome cocktails, crazy delicious food. My boyfriend (who is not vegan) was just as blown away as I was, we loved it so much and will be back time and time again!!!Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian, being able to order off of the whole menu was such a treat. So many great options!!
It was the first time I tried an entirely vegan restaurant. I was taken aback by how flavorful and healthy the food was. The service was great and got us the vegan steak (dinner option) in lunch. This is much appreciated.Must tried- Mezza Platter, Vegan Steak, chicken Wrap, Falafel Wrap.
