Today is my last day in the apartment after staying here for 6 years, here’s my honest review on the apartments. I loved the area. So much. I have never been in an apartment where I felt so safe. I never had a break in and I could always walk around at night without fear of someone hurting me because you have tons of officers that stay out there. Overall a safe area to live. Now the apartments are totally different. They are old and dirty. They don’t do carpet cleaning, maintenance will literally complete your work order and say they fixed your request, yet they never even come inside to fix anything ever. It took them 6 months just to change my microwave out. The bathroom will build up mold...
I applied for an apt at the links of the rock in north little Rock Arkansas.. I was charged 380 dollars I'm which I was told I would only be charged 30... I was denied 15 minutes later.. and was told by the assistant manager Olivia my refund of 350 would be returned to me in 3 to 5 business days! It's now the 5th day and I'm being told their is not record but I have a transaction ID from my bank account and the money was debited immediately! I was approved for a home through a realty company and I need my money to pay my security deposit so I won't be without a home! The manager is horrible. We live at the greens at the rock that’s owned by the same Lindsey group as the links at the rock. Our pool was closed and she said we don’t share amenities, only share the golf course cause it’s outside. I said is the pool not outside. We pay Lindsey a lot of money a month and this is horrible customer service. They take your money but don’t care anything about their tenant. I will never rent with another Lindsey group apartment and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else renting with them either. One of the nicest nine hole courses I've played. Good staff and lots of fun. The maintenance crew does a great job keeping the course looking good and the greens smooth. Their putting and chipping area is very nice as well. I highly reccomend this location for a great experience. If your cart runs out of juice before you do all you have to do is call the front office and they'll send a replacement in no time. I really enjoy the people and the course. I'm an amateur golfer at best but the layout and difficulty of the greens is very nice. I play as often as I can.
I had a 5 star on here... I have been living here for years. But every time I call the front desk man is always very rude and condescending. You can even see him in the office he is never smiling at his residence. He is the reason I hesitate to call. The rest in the office are very nice people. Stephanie and Olivia are both very nice. This guy gives the place a bad feeling. He made me cry 2 times while ending the call with him. He is not understanding of others at all. He acts extremely high and mighty.
So far so good. I think they are under new management. Apartment is really nice, it's sound proof unless someone cranks up the sterio. Was effortless from application to walking in everything done. There are cameras everywhere in the parking lot, so I doubt anyone breaks into cars anymore.
Very nice apartment complex. How great would it be to live Inside of a golf course. It's gonna be low communicating clean it's everything you needed within walking distance, just a nice place seemed like a friendly atmosphere ,supposed to be real quiet and peaceful too.
Do not do a application to this company they take 350 from your account .. and then will claim they never received Even with you having proof from your bank it was taken!!!
