During a road trip, I discovered this hidden gem and was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. I had the Vietnamese fried fish sandwich with potato salad, and it was delicious—the fish was crispy, the bun was soft, and the Vietnamese twist made it unique. My husband enjoyed the buffalo chicken sandwich with coleslaw. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and clearly made to order.
