we have had several absolutely wonderful meals at Little Owl and we thrilled about taking old friends there, but upon arrival we realized we'd only had dinners so the brunch menu was a serious disappointment and we felt the quality of the food had suffered, perhaps since the place is no longer intimate and the same level of care is not possible given covid, scale, etc, but one of the meals we had there was recent was a dinner and it was very good two in our group of four had poached eggs and they were really overdone and we just did not bother to speak about this with staff I am going to wait a while before recommending Little Owl and it was one of my favorite restaurants in the city
This lovely restaurant is a must if you are visiting NYC. We had dinner there on May 1st. It was INCREDIBLE. From the pretty room to the super friendly and helpful staff to the fantastic food! I would recommend this 100%????. The cheesecake with the blueberry topping is by far the BEST cheesecake I have ever eaten. The four pictures below are the amazing dishes we had! My daughter and I were celebrating an early Mother?s Day and they made it a very special dinner for the two of us????
I?ve always been curious about this place. Also, turns out the building it?s at is a tourist spot (the facade is used for Friends). Anyway, back to the restaurant- it?s like eating at your friend?s neighbor?s kitchen. The vibe is cozy and comforting. Teresa was so lovely and you could tell the patrons are close friends with her. Had the meatball sliders, beignets with Nutella and raspberry jam, some fries, and eggs. Would love to try their French toast next time.
Great spot in a cute neighborhood! The waiter was incredible and even made me a drink off the menu. Prompt service and good convos. The food was delicious. We loved everything we ordered. It was fresh and flavorful. We came at 9am on a Sunday and it wasn?t very busy. Lots of people take photos outside with the restaurant?s connection to Friends. We?d definitely come back and would recommend it to others.

My sister?s boss recommended this cute place to us! It?s small, but cozy and so pretty : I love the interior and the atmosphere. I had the Crispy Bell Evan?s Chicken ?? it was so good! The drinks and the dessert were extraordinary. We will definitely come back as soon as we are visiting NYC again! Thank you Jorge!
I had the burger for brunch, and although it was cooked well, it was beyond overpriced at $28. The fries were also a little overdone. There are places that charge $28 for a burger; and this one falls severely short of what a burger at that price should be.
Awesome little restaurant. We lucked out and got a seat outside right on the corner. Turns out the building is from the show Friends? Any ways. The Beignets are phenomenal. And the food is excellent. Great people watching too. Cause Friends.
Literally my favorite restaurant in the world. Thank you! I don’t know what your hiring process is but it works because everyone we’ve ever met at Little Owl is a gem
