Friendly, informal and excellent value for money. If you like real ale, good wine, have a dog and want to know what a real country pub is like come to the Lord Nelson. If you don`t want any of those things, come anyway. You will always be made to feel welcome.

it is our place, but it has two of the three events we organize. great small pub and friendly staff and a perfect place if u a small party.
