I Have eaten many times and have yet to be disappointed..have been in while it has been busy and quite during the week and i can honestly say there is no difference in when you come in. you met by the friendly and welcoming staff. the food is to die for. great timing from when u sit down and your order is taken. there is a nice period of time between starters and mains. even when busy your not rushed. Overall the amazing restaurant and the staff are excellent a credit to this restaurant.. no question with a doubt that me and my family will be back for yet another meal very soon
When we went in we were put at a table that was dirty, and there was a draft. We asked to be moved which was no problem. When the food came out the burgers in the Belly Buster were burnt black and were hard. When asked to change it (which was no problem) the burger that came back wasn't a Belly Buster and when checked the meat was still burnt. The staff were so helpful and couldn't apologise enough but it put us off eating there ever again.
My Dad has dementia. he currently resides in Owen Mor residential home minutes away from The Magnet. My family and I took my dad out for supper to The Magnet. Unfortunately my dad took a really bad turn and became unconscious. The staff were brilliant!! They went above and beyond anything required by thier job. I want to thank the staff for their help and understanding. Thanks again.
Lovely friendly family restaurant and bar. Food is great, well cooked and served with a smile. Stop occasionally on route to our caravan and are never disappointed. (Also happy hubby...plenty of screens to watch the sport Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Ballykelly WI called in here last Tuesday on way home from outing and had a lovely meal, cooked and served by great staff. Thank you for accommodating us at last minute.
Have been here a few times now..... and will definitely be back. Great staff food and atmosphere. Treated my kids fantastic so defo worth a review
