It was a lovely friendly pub, very helpful staff.Plenty of drinks to choose from. Very Clean and tidy. There is so much to choose from on the menu , and different day have different specials like Wednesday is tapia night andThursday is pizza night, or you can order if the main menu. It’s really nice. Brilliant atmosphere. We were lucky it was a lovely evening, so we sat outside in the lovely beer garden. Full marks for this pub.
Great classic traditional pub. The service is excellent and the staff really do cater for their customer’s requirements. Very welcoming and friendly. The food is lovely and are generous Yorkshire portions. It’s always clean and tidy and has a fabulous beer garden with lovely hanging baskets. Worth a visit.
I haven't been since the new people took over but I found the pub to be immaculate really welcoming the food was really nice served with a smile in fact I really enjoyed the whole experience so did my daughter who accompanied me
2 steaks with trimmings for 20 quid, nice beer. Music, friendly staff. Sorted. (Update as it's due, same great atmosphere, lovely beer, 2 top fish meals 15 quid. Lovely in these **** difficult times.
Absolutely amazing Sunday lunch .. Great service and very friendly , landlord and landlady very welcoming , highly recommend and I'll definitely be back .
Been here a couple of times for sunday lunch with family, never any complaints considering the amount of customers who come to dine.
Went for my sisters birthday. Had a lovely pensioners special lunch. Highly recommend.
