Where do I start? the place is disgustingly dirty from the sticky floors, clogged toilets and the unhinged tables. I was accompanied by 5 friends who were hoping to get a roast. We got to the table at 5:55pm to be told that the chefs threw all of the roasts out and there is now no roasts for the day whilst the staff indulged into their roasts whenever they got a break.. After this, when my friend ordered a chicken burger, he wanted to share this with his girlfriend so he asked the waitress does the chef have a good knife in the back where he can cut this in half properly to which she replied No, I am afraid you have to do this yourself as we do not do this here.. Tasty sunday roast, very sadly heart broken human experience!! On the week we are grieving for someone that gave her life to the service of “Her people” to experience the most uncaring individual attitude towards a human being that was in need of help was very upsetting! A person was collapsed on the floor outside this establishment when we ask the manager if anyone had checked or made any arrangements, shockingly we were told “NO, not our business”! When challenged about due care for the local community environment and samaritan good will, again this person clearly stated that they didn’t care, not their business. From the moment we walked in the door the staff of The Masons Arms made us feel extremely welcome and everyone made every effort possible to make our experience in the pub perfect. Vanessa was excellent, she provided great service and made recommendations and provided samples of the extensive beers and ales on request. The food arrived promptly and was of a high standard. We highly recommend paying a visit to this perfectly presented historical gem in Battersea. Thank you to everyone for a lovely afternoon. We will definitely be back. Al and Kerry

The food in question is a cheeseburger for £16.95 which is so bad I could not compare it to anything I have had before it was small in every way and they used the cheapest ingredients. I never complain normally but the manager handled my complaint so badly to top it off,trying to pass the blame on to the owners and not accepting responsibility for this shambles. An old fashioned looking pub with a good atmosphere, obviously popular with locals. Staff were wonderful, finding us a table when it was busy and we hadn't booked. Food service was swift despite it being busy. The food was excellent. A good choice of beers too

We arrived 2 minutes before the kitchen closed and they were so kind to accommodate us. I had the scotch egg and the gnocchi special, My son had the Vietnamese chicken wings. Everything was good and we enjoyed every last bit. Fun pub atmosphere.

We were visiting Battersea and had not arranged lunch. We came across The Mason's Arms where we had a lovely Sunday Lunch . Staff very friendly and helpful . Food very good would be happy to eat here again

Food and service was excellent. Great beers on tap. The place was quite busy on a Wednesday so May want to book ahead to ensure you get a table.

Shocking! Absolutely shocking. This is the kind of burger I would expect out of an A-road layby..£16.95 for this.
