Went on 'Texas Tuesday ' to check out their smoked Southern American fare. Between us we had a pulled pork burger and a smoked brisket platter. We were impressed by both more food than either of us could eat and both meats were the most tender and tasty we have ever had, either cooked at home (my wife is originally from the American south) or in the US itself. The regular menu items both entrees and mains are imaginative and sound mouth watering. The craft beers on tap are a great complement. The staff were cheerful and friendly and the service fast. We would be very happy to go again and take friends.
The Meating Room is an upscale style pub with a range of higher end pub style dishes. There's a variety of craft beer on tap and they make their own biltong. It's a great spot for family occasions or a catch up with friends. They have a kids area too. The beef ribs are melt in your mouth delicious and the deep-fried cheesecake needs to be tried by everyone. They are opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have live music on Friday night and Sunday afternoon.

Not sure if this is still the case - a month ago had this amazing succulent herby spiced half chicken that was to come with three dipping sauces. But the dipping sauces were BBQ tomato and plain Mayo - super disappointing - I was hoping for some amazing Spanish style dipping sauces or something homemade - chocolate spiced gravy, spicy tomato, aioli and something herby like Verde spring to mind as options. Hope they hc sorted it out cause great place. Nice wine
Awesome coffee. Great food. Friendly service and a good vibe in the dark, underground and industrial fitout. There have to be a dozen decent coffee shops in Weston now. This is my favourite by far, and as a massive plus it also turns in it to a pub at lunch and dinner with an awesome collection of beers on tap!
(okay, I have to also admit I have on occasion had a brekky beer)

Today I had the seafood salad from the Australia Day menu. Yummo. Seafood cooked to perfection. Scallops lightly seared and tender. Baby occy so tender I could have cut them with a spoon. Washed down with a glass of prosecco. Great food, great service, great atmosphere, great fit out. Love having you as my local.
Service overwhelmed a bit on Friday. Enter arrived with Main. Meals adequate and not great value. Atmosphere good, with lots of hub hub. Beers varied and tasty.
Staff were great, service fast even though it was really busy. Would highly recommend the Lamb Cutlets. Yum yum yum. Always love coming here.
Definitely the place to go kid friendly best staff always happy and friendly can't find a better place in Canberra
