The Melting Pot - Tisch reservieren

We're long time regulars, but they recently changed the menu to make the filet an add on instead of a meal, and the last 3 times we've went they charged us a different amount for the filet as an add on with it getting increasingly more expensive. This last time we got the same thing and we were significantly overcharged because the server rung it in as the most expensive way possible in the menu. We discovered this after looking at all the add on charges on the receipt and comparing it with the menu to see that our waiter managed to tack on an additional $34 the way he rung it in. Update: another great meal at Melting Pot. Diego in particular was wonderful, attentive and went out of his way to make the night feel special. Go to Melting Pot at least once a month. I just love how different a dining experience it is. Great for date night or with a group of people.

Pretty disappointing. The restaurant smells like a dirty mop. Our server was so sick and we didn't have water until mid meal. The tuna was not fresh. One of our burners kept turning off and on so nothing cooked fully. I will not be going back to say the least.

The food was fabulous! This was our second time here, and both times we have loved it! Our waitress seemed like she was going to be great and then disappeared in the middle of our meal and took her time refilling our drinks.

Went last night for ladies night with some friends and Diego was amazing. He was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying ourself. Will go back just to have him again.
