Highly disappointed in the experience we had tonight. We were seated for roughly 70 minutes before the first course, the cheese fondue, was even brought out to our table. Multiple tables around us were flowing with their courses and moving at a timely fashion while we were sitting waiting. Following that, our server mixed the cheese that was failing melt, basically into a cheese ball sitting in liquid, said it reached the consistency she remembered and walked away. When she came back and we questioned if that is what it was supposed to be like her response was yea no not really. Well... the food cane out good besides some of the steak meat was very “tendony” but the service was so bad. The waitress we had didnt even introduce herself of take the time to listen to us when we were ordering. When she did bring the food she sort of just slapped it down and alot of times it was an aggressive thing it seemed like. When she went to take the pot away she didnt close the lid all the way it ended up splashing my husband with hot boiling liquid and she didnt even apologize to us for it. Absolutely wonderful experience! My partner and I are both vegan and were amazed with all the delicious vegan fondue options from start to finish! Our server Christina was absolutely wonderful and kindly checked in with the chefs to make sure everything we got was safe for us to eat. She was super knowledgeable and friendly! The ambiance was wonderful and everything was so clean and inviting. Will definitely be returning here in the future.
Dinner at the Melting Pot for a Birthday. Service was below what previous experiences have been. Seemed unprepared for our table of 6. Food quality was down as well. Limited options to swap herb crusted chicken for plain chicken, no tortilla chips for the fiesta fondue, tiny little slice of potato for the veggie tray, and more. Drink refills were slow. Been here many times, it's always good. Unique experience. Food is excellent, service is good. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The only negative is of no fault of the restaurant, it's the people that come in with bad kids. If you cant control your kids,please keep them home. I had kids behind me jumping on the seat and slamming against it. Very aggravating. Great place.
Never tried it... Wanted to try it. And I'll never go back. Not just to this establishment. I mean in general. These melting pot places are not worth the prices they charge. It's more for the experience. Service was good and friendly. Just not worth it. Itis pretty expensive for a few pieces of meat and dipping bread veggies, or meat in different sauces.
tonight was my first experience at the melting pot and it was amazing. AJ was our server and he gave the best service. It was my birthday and without me asking he brought out a happy birthday plate with dessert. that was the best surprise and it made my night!! we will be coming back:

Our evening out with our adult children was so fun. Our server, Autumn was so much fun and everyone at the table kept commenting on how sweet and fun she was. We were looking for a fun family night and we got one!
