the first time at melting pot. our server, farando, was excellent. he explained the process. we had a vegan diner with us and fernando offered their very tasty options (all of us tried the vegan options.) it was a long process to go through all the courses. I would suggest a la carte vs “Dinner for 2” or 4. it is really too much to eat and takes very long to go through all the courses.
I cannot express how much FUN we had at the Melting Pot on Thursday! First and foremost, Patty, the bartender is nothing short of WONDERFUL!! He made us feel so special, welcome and ready to have fun with us. Lindsey, the manager was lovely and the front desk couldn’t have been kinder and accommodating. Thank you for making my birthday special! We will be back!
every time we go to this melting pot, the staff may have been undertrained and only for a few months. the training program does not seem existent for a unique restaurant like this that makes a great difference, as the server prepares their food table page. also the host at the reception was rude and unfriendly.

a fun culinary experience. service was great, the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. the food and the drinks were great! it is a bit expensive, but highly recommended for special occasions or outing with friends.
in the hour number three here. the service takes forever and is not worth waiting. it begins with a menu of immense complexity that slowly merges into a Bland eating.
