This was my very first time at a The Melting Pot, and I’ll have to say that the experience was a lot of fun, especially since they officially have the vegan cheese and chocolate option upon request. I had to call a couple of times to really confirm it as a friend a few months ago said they called and then went there and the restaurant didn’t have it. Probably was bad timing at that moment, but it is here now and that’s all that matters. I’m glad I went with another vegan friend of mine that has been to this Melting Pot in the past and that we went for an Easter dinner. The way the prices are here, this place is basically good for special occasions and holidays. It feels more worth your buck....

although our server was super nice, I was absolutely underwhelmed by this restaurant. the gland breads that dip into the fondue, the weak drinks and a very obsolete device turned me off. Beyond that, we were stuck in a kind of hallway stand that felt like I was more in a diner than a restaurant where I spent well over $200. the whole place was super smoky, and when I came home, my hair, clothes and coat smells really bad as burned oil. I do not see the appeal honestly, although I think it might be fun if they are there with their children
I was so excited to go to the Melting Pot to try out the vegan menu since my brother went a few days before me and raved about it. Unfortunately when I went with my friends they were out of the vegan cheese. The owner came to us directly and apologized and offered us a $50 gift certificate. We did get the vegan chocolate fondue and it was amazing. The waiter was vegan and provided excellent customer service. Can't wait to try the vegan cheese fondue soon!

great experience! my friend and I went for a date night and I would definitely return. they had vegan cheese foefondue, and the waitress made sure to give us the vegan brot to dive (without asking.) we also had the garden pot as a entree and loved how to fill it! the waitress again, was very on the things and made sure to explain which sauces were vegan for me. then we had the chocolate fondue that was amazing! love this place
It was perfect, had my reservations for New Years Eve. I opted for the New Years Eve package.It was the perfect date right before i went to go propose to my now Fiancee. The waitress was patient considering it was our first time. Food and dessert with the overall experience was worth every penny. Definitely recommend for a romantic night with your S/O and if they have date packages I would go for it!
with a few friends we made four times dinner. we started with the vegan cheese foefondue- it was delicious! the meal (worship) was fun to cook - we loved the “search and rescue” spoon and the experience. the gutter itself was ok. the chocolate fondue at the end was divine. if I were going back, I would only be the one that would be good and the chocolate would be happy with it
when we arrived at the restaurant, the staff was so friendly. can not express my gratitude with the service ambiente. our server rose was phenomenal. she was in the sense with everything. she went beyond her duty call. it is very clean eating is fresh. I highly recommend this place. I give them 100 stars. professionalism best.

a fun date or dinner with friends. the atmosphere is at the upper end, so they can get a little dressy if they want. would definitely order the vegan cheese and chocolate fondue again. the personal was knowledgeable about the vegan options and we are all completely filled!
great service all night. 4 of us had some of all on the menu. teriyaki steak was the favorite for all of us. garnel and thunfisch also well. flaming turtle was perfect dessert
